We’ll send you a simple, itemized estimate that includes:
• Yearly Installation / Removal / Maintenance cost (labor)
• Initial Setup / Supply cost — first-year-only fee (you own the lights) -
We install everything — you don’t need to be home.
Your display is on a timer so it turns on automatically each evening. -
After the holidays, we remove, label, and store your lights for next year for free. (you can store if you would like)

** Maintenance limitations**
We offer free bulb swaps, repairs and replacements of mini lights while under the 3 year warranty. All lights, mini lights, wreaths etc have a 3 year warranty. After that we still cover the labor to swap/repair but will have to charge for the supply cost. “full maintenance” is only offered to our East Side customers. 3 year warranty and maintenance is valid only as long as lights are installed/removed buy Pane’N The Glass each year on a regular holiday interval. If the lights are not removed on a seasonal basis, included maintenance and warranties are void.
“Full maintenance” is only offered on installs in 2023 and beyond.
